Eating healthy isn’t as hard as it seems
At first, even I was influenced by looking at how seductively Joey eats his pizza.
But then, I stumbled upon some diet conscious blog articles, and I realized, my body needs care.
So, here I am, sharing with you easy and yet unnoticeable points that I tried and had wonderful results.
1. More Water.
Excess of water messes up with Sodium ion levels of our body. So that’s that. But, in general, a normal human being don’t drink the required amount of water daily. I keep a water bottle by my desk, so it’d be approachable if I feel thirsty.
Once a day. Boiled, or maybe not so hot milk! Unless obviously, you’re lactose intolerant.
3. Fruits, juice, and shakes.
Liquids travel easily through the body and provide instant boost-up to the metabolism. Adding fruits, juice, and shakes in your diet shouldn’t be so tough.
4. Light dinner.
I have followed this for a year now, and I can’t tell you how relieved my digestive system has been throughout this time.
Once a day. Green tea is my favourite. Antioxidants help in detoxification of the body.
It’s a pro-biotic food. Yakult also works fine, if you don’t have sugar problems. Otherwise, eating a bowl of curd along with your regular diet isn’t a big change, but it helps the digestive system.
For better digestion.
