It’s so so hard to take time out for meditation every day.

We all know it’s calming, we all know the long-lasting benefits of meditating daily, but still! We live in a materialistic world where a lot of outside factors control how we spend our days.

So, here are 5 easy ways you can meditate despite your busy schedule-

Don’t read books / watch TV while eating

Feel every bit of food you’re chewing. Count how many times you chew every bite. Slow down your eating process.

Think about the food items you are eating — about how they were cooked and served to you.

Feel the food going down your gut.

Have a “no gadgets” time daily

Maybe just for 30minutes. Do spend some time without any electronic device. Not necessarily doing anything.
